Responsibilities
Manage the Parent Service Department provider update process to ensure that our databases have accurate and relevant data
Generate and submit monthly and weekly ad hoc reports for internal and external clients in a timely manner using Adobe Acrobat
Monitor and analyze live chat interactions via Intercom to understand consumer child care requests and identify areas for improvement
Manage the technical setup and execution of webinars using Zoom, including scheduling, configuring settings and troubleshooting
Use computer software to collect, compile, and review data. Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations that support agency goals
Represent QCC and promote ALLGAKIDS and Quality Rated Child Care at community events across the state of Georgia

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Management or Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field
Ability to track, manage, and organize multiple sources of data
Knowledge of qualitative data, quantitative data, and evaluation
Experience with data entry, compilation, and cleaning
Experience with text messaging systems and customer engagement data analytics
Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with live chat software
High proficiency with MSOffice and Adobe Acrobat (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and web-based applications
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thrives in a team-based, community orientation
Strong organizational/time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to train and support end-users
Ability to learn quickly, think logically, and interpret various data sets
Experience with basic statistical and qualitative analytic methods
Prior work in the not-for-profit, social/human services, or related industry, in particular outreach or ECE programs
