Responsibilities
Techno functional support for OCX Marketing, Sales and Service modules for the client.
Strong problem-solving skills with a good process understanding on the Oracle CX cloud modules which includes Marketing, Sales and Service.
Handling 3rd party integrations with Oracle CX cloud system.
Understand the Business Requirements/Functional Specifications and develop Reports.
Understanding and work experience on the Database and Data Lake integrations.
Designing, developing and testing data conversion objects, integrations, extensions and custom BIP reports from a functional standpoint.
Unit and Performance testing experience using any advanced testing tools. Preferably working with Jira applications is an added advantage.
Understand the business requirement and recommend a robust integrated design solution aligned with Digital Tools and Accelerators
Produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration workbooks, functional design specifications, RTM, user stories, validation test scripts, training documents etc.,
Participate in quality assurance process for all functional deliverables.

Required
Client facing prior experience is mandatory and prior onsite experience is a Good to Have
Should be able to do consulting and solutioning for all Oracle CX Applications, independently in a client facing environment
Experience in collaborating with clients/stakeholders
Minimum 2 end to end Oracle SCP Cloud implementation projects experience is mandatory
Experience in CX Marketing, Sales and Service
Should have Minimum 7 to 5 of Work Experiences with CX Products. 3 years in Oracle CX Cloud is mandatory
Must have Visual Builder work experience
Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST

Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Implementation Certification is a Good to Have
