Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Work closely with graphic designer to create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a forward-thinking social media approach.
Implement social media tactics to target and engage members on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent with the brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new web content, landing pages, and features to support marketing initiatives.
Optimize website usability, navigation, and user experience to drive engagement and conversions.
Craft compelling and effective communication materials, including emails, newsletters, press releases, and other written content.
Utilize email marketing strategies to design, prepare, and distribute newsletters with relevant news and promotions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and create consistent messaging for various communications efforts. Coordinate and execute communication plans required for promoting education and networking events.
Implement segmentation strategies for email campaigns to deliver targeted and personalized content to different audience segments.
Assist with the production and editing of the association’s digital magazine publication.
Assist with managing media contacts to produce and distribute media releases to publicize association’s news and achievements.
Collaborate closely with the Membership Director and Event Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sponsorships for company events.
Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their brand visibility aligns with agreements.
Track sponsorship deliverables and provide regular updates to internal teams and sponsors.
Maintain integrity of RASM brand and communications style.
Track communication and marketing metrics.
Other tasks may be assigned based on skillset.

Required
Educational background in communications, public relations or marketing.
Must possess excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
Ability to draft and edit copy for all types of communications channels.
Understanding of internal/external member and media relations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and contact management software.
Excellent communication skills; professional appearance and ability to effectively represent RASM.
