Responsibilities
Design, build, deploy, scale, and monitor backend services powering the protocol.
Develop a deep understanding of the protocol and review its design.
Collaborate with cloud services.
Mentor junior engineers.
Facilitate cross-team collaborations for integrations with frontends and different blockchains.

Required
Expert knowledge in one of: Go, Python, Node.js, Java.
Experience in assessing and implementing backend scaling requirements.
Experience writing/championing technical roadmaps.
In-depth understanding of network security.
Experience working with databases and database migrations.
Preferred
Experience with Web3, Blockchain mechanisms, smart contracts and cryptography is a plus.
