Responsibilities

Directly manage and oversee the information security and cybersecurity programs for assigned customers.

Manage cybersecurity or compliance-related tasks and projects for customers, including Risk Management, Governance, DR/BCP, Policies, Incident Response, Vendor Management, and Monitoring and Oversight.

Provide process improvement suggestions for service delivery.

Perform Quality Assurance Reviews for the work of other Analysts and Advisors.

Participate in meetings, create and post minutes when necessary.

Thoroughly document status, deadlines, notes, and updates to intranet.

Track time and activities via project management tool.

Review upcoming events in project management tool and summarize for vCISO Senior Advisor.

Research cybersecurity trends and share with colleagues and clients.

Share relevant resources on social media platforms.

Attend conferences as a company representative.

Perform cyber health assessments for prospects and customers.

Required

1-2 years of banking or credit union experience in information technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, audit, or operations

Strong organization skills and detail-oriented

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, video conferencing)

Strong ability in Microsoft O365 suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook)

Basic project management capabilities (scheduling, prioritizing, managing deadlines)

Flexible and adaptable attitude

Service-minded approach

Desire and willingness to learn

Service-first attitude

Eagerness to independently learn in compliance, technology, banking, and cybersecurity

Proficient in Risk Management concepts and principles
