Responsibilities

Assist with management of core growth programs, including: marketing site management, landing pages, SEO, copywriting, marketing automation and CRM, marketing analytics, social, and online reviews & testimonials

Execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including: Managing all email programs for customers and prospects, managing demand generation and content marketing programs, managing organic social and assisting with paid media programs, and managing activation of in-person industry conferences.

Support the VP, Marketing in developing strategies to acquire and retain customers to continue scaling Kaleidoscope and supporting thousands of more students.

As a small team, be malleable enough to step in and help with needs across the company - think like an owner!

Required

3+ years of B2B marketing experience in an early to mid-stage company

Experience with multiple of the following: email marketing, paid social/search, content marketing, demand generation, marketing technology, and e-commerce/retail

Comfortable with ambiguity and the ever-changing nature of scaling an early-stage company

Ability to respectfully challenge others' viewpoints to achieve the best results

Bias for action and willingness to solve problems hands-on

Passion for supporting people and organizations enabling students to get an education
