Responsibilities
Define and prioritize backlog items and product features aligned with the product vision and customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement feedback and insights
Lead, communicate, and motivate the development team to deliver high-quality products
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
Maintain responsibility to communicate product development updates and progress to key stakeholders
Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with the product and development teams
Ensure team members have a clear understanding of the product vision, deliverables, goals, and timelines
Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, scrum masters, engineering teams, and customers
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders regarding product-related issues

Required
4 years of relevant experience in a product role, enterprise SaaS software company, or technology consulting firm
Bachelor’s Degree, business or technical / engineering major a plus
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent software products
Detail-oriented to manage a complex web of new features, customer requirements and resource capacity
Excellent communications skills recognizing the various audiences you will interact with
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Love the thrill of a face-paced environment and learning as we go
Proactive attitude and willingness to think outside of the box to craft and construct the future of haku
Preferred
SCRUM certification a plus
