Required
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience with 1x1 flow concepts and lean line design
Understanding of takt and line balancing
Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office tools

Ability to lead kaizen projects and facilitate problem solving workshops
