Responsibilities
Own the data infrastructure for the platform, powering capabilities offered to students
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements, build solutions, and evaluate results
Monitor data quality to ensure product integrity and derived insights
Define metrics and operationalize data into dashboards for internal and external use cases
Contribute to AI and modeling initiatives, including LLM research and predictive modeling

Required
5+ years experience with ETL and data pipeline management for complex datasets (SQL, DBT, Airflow)
Strong background in software engineering (Python) and data systems
Product-driven mindset to continuously identify data opportunities and implement solutions effectively
Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders
Passion for improving the mental health of young people
Strong communicator with ability to work cross functionally
Preferred
Experience translating complex business requirements into data models that lead to measurable outcomes
Experience with data visualization and analytics with Tableau
Experience with LLMs and/or chat-based applications
