Responsibilities

Assist customers and Technical Program Managers with inquiries, product troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations, serving as a key link between users and our technology

Develop deep expertise in Encamp's product suite, managing the customer support ticket system in Front and in-app chat, particularly during peak reporting season.

Identify and propose proactive solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Oversee reporting submissions for customers while handling additional services such as fee payments, invoice reviews, and mail management.

Act as a bridge between Engineering and Technical Program teams to optimize the customer experience

Manage financial aspects related to reporting, including fee payments and invoice processing

Perform quality control checks on work and set up new projects

Potential to take on management of select SMB (Small and Medium Business) customer accounts
