Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Federal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Federal requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Federal clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Ensure all projects adhere to Federal regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including security and privacy standards.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and other staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting financial objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Provide regular status updates to senior management and Federal clients, including progress reports, performance metrics, and project deliverables.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years managing Federal projects
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
In-depth understanding of Federal regulations, compliance requirements, and procurement processes
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively and maintain productivity in a remote work environment
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field
PgMP (Program Management Professional) or similar advanced certification
