Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and peers to understand and scope problems, gather requirements, and plan project tasks and timelines.
Drive technical execution of modeling projects from scoping to implementation.
Execute all aspects of analytics initiatives including exploratory data analysis, machine learning model development, evaluation, and benefit estimation.
Build modeling frameworks for multiple projects with a focus on code reproducibility.
Create strong working relationships with business partners, IT, and analytics peer groups.
Effectively communicate results in written, oral, and presentation formats.
Monitor model performance and report findings to leadership.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computational science, economics or statistical field preferred.
5+ years analytics background with programming experience in Python or R required.
2+ years experience with predictive modelling in a P&C environment preferred.
Experienced with development and implementation of machine learning and statistical models.
Collaboration, knowledge sharing and keeping up to date on emerging industry trends.
Passion for solving business problems through analytics.
A good understanding of databases and approaches to extracting data.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
2+ years experience hosting machine learning models as APIs preferred (i.e. experience with Docker, MLFlow, or Flask).
