Responsibilities

Required

Proven experience in leading software development teams, including managing offshore resources.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools.
Proficiency in multiple coding frameworks and languages, including Python, C#, Swift, Angular, and JavaScript.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of SQL Server and Azure is a requirement.
Experience with database management through SQL Server.
Experience with producing data-driven reports using healthcare data.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in value-based care or ACOs, is a plus but not required.
Knowledge and experience in AI, including working with developers and data scientists to leverage LLMs and build AI models.
Knowledge in Salesforce management/development is a plus.
