Responsibilities
Provides technical management consultation and support for assigned applications.
Facilitates technical implementation planning with developers on the team.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop strategies to overcome blockers.
Leads the profiling of existing applications to identify performance bottlenecks and solutions.
Coordinates performance testing for new and existing products.
Provides technology blueprints and guidance on recommendations for key business decisions.
Drives technology modernization and architectural standards.
Refines requirements based on user/client needs and integration with existing systems.
Supports the software development life cycle in agile methodology.
Researches industry best practices, explores new technologies, and conducts proof-of-concept activities.
Partners with infrastructure and data services to ensure solution consistency.
Leads technical proof-of-concept efforts and resolves complex technical issues.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
At least 7 years of experience with software development
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with modern architecture principles and design patterns
Expertise in Microsoft .NET, C#, Java development
Experience with relational database design and querying concepts
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, React
Experience developing Web APIs and microservice patterns
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of different technology stacks and tools (Net, Azure, Azure Devops, Javascript, Gerkin)
Excellent communication skills
Able to provide guidance and coaching to team members
Strong business acumen skills
Skilled at bringing about clarity in complex environments
Adaptable and able to adjust to shifts in priorities
Preferred
Understanding of containerization and dynamic environment setup (docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Experience with program increment planning
Experience with performance testing and scalability of products
Experience in resolving complex technical support issues
Experience in driving technology modernization
Experience in researching industry best practices and trends
Experience in leading technical proof-of-concept efforts
Experience in collaborating with infrastructure and data services teams
Experience in SDLC in agile methodology
Experience in advising technology and product teams
Experience in refining requirements based on user/client needs
