Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments.

Act as a liaison and ensure confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information.

Manage office workflow and assist with strategic planning processes.

Prepare budgetary functions and plan special events.

Support the Associate Vice Chancellor, Strategic Communications, Health Sciences, and the strategic communications team.

Position the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences and promote excellence in its six schools.

Maintain the office calendar and provide general administrative support services.

Manage scheduling, project management, purchasing, and vendor services.

Maintain the project-management system and ensure efficient office operations.
