Responsibilities
Oracle E-Business Maestro: Maintain, configure, and enhance the existing Oracle E-Business CRM system.
Process Pioneer: Lead the design and development of innovative applications and workflows within the E-Business platform.
Customization Champion: Develop custom forms, workflows, alerts, and reports to meet specific business needs.
Tech Team Leader: Provide leadership and guidance to development teams through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Documentation Dynamo: Create comprehensive system documentation for knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.
Data Guru: Analyze large datasets using statistical packages to extract valuable insights.

Required
Existing Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field
Minimum of 1 year of CRM experience in the Oracle E-Business environment, including experience developing forms, workflows, alerts, and reports
Demonstrated experience leading software development teams through all stages of the development lifecycle
Deep understanding of Oracle database technology and its functionalities
Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming languages
Proficiency in using code repositories for version control and collaboration
The ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
