Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead the offshore team members in a collaborative environment for the financial industry encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. Ensure compliance with financial industry and best practices related to AWS Services and experience in integrating on-prem and cloud resources.
Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct thorough code reviews, emphasizing coding standards, best practices, and maintainability. Collaborate with developers to improve code quality and efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong experience with AWS services, including Outposts, EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
