Responsibilities

Onboarding (Pre-Program)

The instructor will need to review the program materials prior to the beginning of the program to familiarize themselves with the content.

The instructor will need to meet and communicate with Correlation One prior to the beginning of the program to coordinate on the logistical details of teaching the program

Classes (During the Program)

Typically live lectures last for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Class times vary and depend on our enterprise clients.

Lectures are virtual – taught over Zoom other virtual learning technologies

Office Hours (During the Program)

1 hour per week of open office hours at a predetermined time based on your availability. Note – it will need to occur between 9am - 5pm ET

Additional office hours as needed – Learners can sign up on an as-needed basis via Calendly or email.

Asynchronous Responsibilities (During the Program)

Communication with learners to answer their questions and generate engagement among the learners.

Review of learners’ 3 main project deliverables and giving them constructive feedback

Coordinate with Correlation One on the class logistics and communicate any thoughts, feedback, or updates on the program

Required

5+ years in roles such as data analyst, data scientist, or similar positions.

Proven ability to use data to inform business decisions and convey complex data-related topics to cross-functional stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling to make insights accessible and compelling.

Knowledge of data governance principles and practices, including data management, data stewardship, and compliance.

Experience teaching in a virtual environment, with a strong ability to engage and instruct remotely.

Deep understanding of data practices with both technical and application expertise.

Ability to simplify and explain complex data concepts and relate them directly to business objectives.

Exceptional leadership skills to guide and inspire both students and colleagues.

High level of organizational skills to manage curriculum development and instruction efficiently.

Maintains a professional demeanor and approach in all interactions and responsibilities.
