Responsibilities

Lead Testing Scripts: Develop and execute comprehensive testing scripts to ensure software quality and performance.

User Stories: Understand user stories, including their upstream and downstream impacts, to create effective test plans.

Scalable Practices: Establish scalable QA practices and frameworks to support long-term growth and efficiency.

Framework Development: Build robust QA frameworks once scripting criteria and templates are established.

Process Improvement: Define and implement QA processes in a new environment, identifying immediate needs and planning for future scalability.

Kanban and Agile Methodologies: Work within Kanban and Agile frameworks, participating in sprint teams to deliver high-quality software.

Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with the technical team, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.

Soft Skills and Change Management: Utilize excellent soft skills to manage change and drive continuous improvement within the QA function.

Required

Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience in building test environments and establishing best practices.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Ability to develop and execute testing scripts and frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with technical teams.

Experience in change management and driving process improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
