Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and oversee project scope and manpower needs/fees, including the examination of job status reports
Serve as the main point of contact with the client, facilitating information exchange between the owner and the team, reviewing scope changes, delivering design presentations, approving contractor invoices, and collaborating with the responsible director for fee billings.
Coordinate project team, team meetings, information between departments, and workloads with departments.
Coordinate outside consultants with Owner and Project Team, including consultant selection and communications.
Cultivate client relationships through strategic marketing efforts in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Director.
Serve as the company's representative at client meetings, including evening Board meetings when required.
Conduct site visits and proficiently generate proposals, including determining fees and staffing plans.
Efficiently manage operations, oversee scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of work products.
Provide employee deliverables and timesheet submissions
Foster employee growth through effective personnel training and development initiatives.
Conduct meticulous quality assurance construction observations, producing comprehensive field reports.
Prepare mockup scopes of work and actively observe contractor construction while conducting integrity testing.
Perform thorough condition surveys of existing structures, delivering detailed findings reports to clients and addressing any questions
Collaborate with the Design Studio to develop design specifications and repair details.
Develop compelling proposals for additional tasks within existing projects.
Uphold and expand the client base, proactively seeking new opportunities while cultivating relationships with existing clients.

Required
5 years’ proven professional experience in construction, structural engineering, building enclosure investigations, design, and/or solid construction project management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree Required; Field in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
Candidates with a P.E (Professional Engineer), RA/AIA Registration, or Industry-specific certifications (RRO, AABA, AAMA, IIBEC, AWS, ACI, ICRI, SWRI, AIA, etc.) are preferred.
Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
Knowledge and experience in field inspection
Must have skills to write technical reports and letters.
Good communication skills to effectively work with Clients from beginning to end.
Knowledge of project management process as it relates to the business.
Knowledgeable in construction, such as industry standards, materials, codes, contracts, bidding processes, etc.
Comfortability with heights, including climbing ladders, scaffolding.
