Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with platform security, implementation, operations, upgrades, integrations, and developments.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and troubleshooting knowledge of event correlation.
Experience in creating and customizing complex workflows, custom modules, and applications.
Proficiency in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX, JSON, CSS, and various integrations.
Expertise in API integrations with other systems and working with technical teams, business partners, and project managers to assess impacts and manage expectations.
Installation, configuration, design, and implementation of compliant processes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Well-versed in ITIL processes, project management, and excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

CS or MCA degree

Preferred

Knowledge on AngularJS, Bootstrap and service mapping
Experience with API integrations with other systems
