Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and clarify requirements, business processes, and objectives.
Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support proposed solutions and projects.
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed.
Work closely with technical teams (developers, QA engineers, architects) to ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance of deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, use case development, and requirements management.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.
