Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Technical with hands-on complex Customizations and Configurations.
Integration with various tools and third-party applications.
Well-versed in plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Portals.
Designing architecture of the solution.
Leading technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Working directly with the client and leading design discussions with business, solution design and translating it to the technical team.
Addressing any Technical Questions / clarifications.
Being a single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, sign-offs, and approvals.
Having a good technical understanding and understanding of Project management principles.
Working hand in hand with Infosys, Microsoft, and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
Strong understanding of Environment.

Required

Must have at-least 12+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Service) Architect/Lead.
Dynamics 365 Technical with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
Need to know integration with various tools and third party applications.
Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript and Portals.
Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
