Responsibilities
Execute daily activities for the assigned program area, section, or special interest group.
Manage administrative tasks, logistics, and budgetary preparations for co-curricular programs.
Recruit and implement research programs for undergraduate students.
Participate in internal and external outreach efforts.
Supervise student employees, including Undergraduate Mentors and journal editors.
Teach sections of OUR courses.
Plan experiences for students to engage with research at Pitt.
Administer awards and scholarship programs.
Use computer, keyboard, and video communication technology.
Communicate effectively via email, telephone, in-person, and video communications.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Ability to use a computer and keyboard
Experience with video communication technology (i.e., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to travel around campus occasionally
