Responsibilities
Quickly ramp up to manage 5-8 developers over a few months.
Lead the design, development, & delivery of COBOL / AS400 based applications & enhancements.
Review & prioritize incoming requests for features & enhancements.
Assure proper coverage for each user story.

Required
6+ years of COBOL / AS400 development experience
2+ years of experience leading / managing direct reports
Demonstrable ability to help lead & develop the skills of direct & dotted line developers
Review & prioritize incoming requests for features & enhancements
Assure proper coverage is available for each user story
Must live within a commutable distance of downtown Pittsburgh, PA
