Responsibilities

Facilitates Agile events and creation of team artifacts including iteration planning, review, retrospectives, program increment planning, and definition of ready and done

Mentors team in estimation, implements metrics to measure team performance, and uses metrics for forecasting work

Aligns roadmaps, PI plans, product, and sprint backlogs, and manages feature lifecycle through Feature Kanban

Collaborates with team to identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies

Ensures team members are knowledgeable about product's users, business process, architecture, and Agile frameworks

Creates a safe environment, celebrates effective teamwork, fosters strong relationships, and reduces interference on team

Facilitates chapter sponsored events, assists in delivery of agile training, and creates/maintains artifacts published by Agile chapter

Required

Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; Familiarity with a scaled agile environment and PI planning; Able to customize Agile frameworks/practices to the needs of the team, while not compromising on agile principles

Experience with Agile metrics such as burn-up, burn-down, lead/cycle time, velocity charts, cumulative flow diagrams in a team setting

Possess an Agile mindset, and familiarity with the values and principles of the Agile manifesto

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in problem-solving skills such as active listening, analysis, synthesis, root-cause determination, what-if thinking, decision making

Desire to learn

Brings high energy and positive outlook

Ability to review and follow agile chapter guidance (e.g., definition of established, elements of team excellence, PI planning guidance)

Ability to facilitate and coach teams

Ability to co-create and co-deliver training content
