Responsibilities
Maintains ongoing reporting spreadsheets for online advertising campaigns.
Evaluate performance data and provides analysis with feedback and recommendations;
Collaborates with our internal team to produce ad copy and visual assets within brand guidelines and coordinates all other content needed to implement paid advertising campaigns
Ensure all relevant website tracking is effectively working and that campaigns are producing the desired results.
Monitor live campaigns and track results.
Generate reports on campaign performance.

Required
Verifiable examples of digital marketing successes and wins.
An instinct for stories and content design that will make people take notice.
Have a strong understanding of social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and more.
2+ Years of experience with social tools and analytics such as Facebook Insights, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
2+ years of experience working on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Be able to spot opportunities in the client’s niches.
Able to work under a tight deadline and be able to handle multiple projects at any given time.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation skills needed to report back to high profile clients
Strong organizational skills
Self-driven learner (investigates new digital media technologies)
2+ years of experience in managing and delivering successful digital media campaigns
Experience with travel and hotel marketing campaigns
