Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud solutions.

Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud modules to ensure they align with client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud with other systems.

Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP Service Cloud environment.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns with a high level of focus and attention to detail.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+Years of relevant experience.

Must have Experience in SAP Service Cloud solutions, SAP Service Cloud implementations, with a focus on the utilities industry including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Service Cloud implementations, with a focus on the utilities industry.

Strong understanding of utility business processes, including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing.

Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
