Responsibilities
Looking for a Sr. UX Designer who has experience with Figma and Wireframes
Work with Business Stakeholders to understand their pain-points using the current UI and requirements regarding the next generation UI
For the Product Data Hub the requirement is to design a new UI based on the business requirements.
The team is building a data analytic platform. Experience with Data Management UI, managing data lifecycle and validation of input a big plus.
The UX Designer will work independently and lead the conversation with product team, business and UX developers.
Should have an understanding of complex business rules, data collection, transformation, input error handling, data quality.
Conduct research on formulating requirements and generate reports.
Present design, get feedback from stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design in several iterations.

Required
10+ years of experience as a Sr. UX Designer
Experience with Figma and Wireframes
Experience working with Business Stakeholders to understand UI pain-points and requirements
Experience designing UI based on business requirements
Experience with Data Management UI, managing data lifecycle, and input validation
Ability to work independently and lead conversations with product team, business, and UX developers
Understanding of complex business rules, data collection, transformation, input error handling, and data quality
Conducting research to formulate requirements and generate reports
Presenting designs, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and iterating design based on feedback
