Responsibilities
Lead or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of products.
Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during design and planning phases.
Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, identify product gaps, define product requirements, and engage with customers to understand market needs and trends.
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives.
Make decisions regarding work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction and guidance where needed.
Follow established guidelines and procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of technical experience
5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Any experience in Healthcare (Medicare and Medicaid)
