Responsibilities
Assists in the development of short and long-range plans
Gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies and reports
Manages meeting logistics and prepares agendas
Coordinates calendaring and scheduling
Arranges domestic and international travel
Plans and executes onsite and offsite events
Handles credit card statement processing
Provides support to executive's family members
Performs general administrative tasks
Completes all other duties as required

Required
Associates degree acceptable; Bachelors degree preferred
7+ years of administrative experience to include 3-5 years of experience reporting to senior executive
High school diploma or GED required
Strong technology acumen to include intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Proven track record of managing and completing multiple projects with differing priorities
Strong personal impact/professionalism
Private company experience preferred
Successfully pass pre-employment screening
Valid drivers license for errands requiring use of personal automobile
