Responsibilities

Identifies business trends and problems through complex big data analysis.

Interprets results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently.

Designs, develops, and implements valuable business solutions for the organization.

Prepares big data, implements data models, and develops a database to support the business solutions.

Works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program independently.

Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Develops and builds automated tools for feature selection, classifier optimization, and machine learning techniques associated with automation when working with large datasets.

Utilizes state-of-the-art methods to mine large datasets in various formats and from various sources to produce intelligence products supporting strategies and missions.

Enhances and extends the client's data by utilizing third-party data sources.

Enhances data collection procedures to automate repetitive processes, include relevant data for building analytical systems, process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of the data.

Conducts ad-hoc analysis and presents results in a clear manner through presentations, written documents, and visual aids like graphs and charts.

Creates automated anomaly detection systems with internal tracking of performance.

Assists in general IT support as needed within the CI2 and CI2 NTC environment.

Continues to enhance and support a Cloud resource hosting solution for APOLLO, HYDRA, and ORION.
