Responsibilities
Salesforce Guru: Manage all aspects of our Salesforce instance, including administration, configuration, customization, and user support.
Efficiency Champion: Streamline operations by implementing solutions that consider Salesforce Governor Limitations.
Apex Ace: Build robust applications using a variety of tools like Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, and Apex code (Triggers, Batch Classes, Schedule Classes, and Test Classes).
Data Wrangler: Create batch and scheduled Apex classes to handle large datasets and data cleanup tasks.
Deployment Dynamo: Deploy code seamlessly between sandboxes using Change Sets.
Business Partner: Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into powerful Salesforce solutions.
Integration Expert: Integrate external systems using SOAP and REST APIs (call-in and call-out services).
Full-Stack Force: Develop customizations that encompass both Apex coding (classes, triggers, etc.) and front-end UI design using Visual-force pages.

Required
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong Salesforce administration and development skills (experience with objects, fields, workflows, etc.).
Proficiency in Apex programming and Visual-force development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem.
