Responsibilities
Tech Mastermind: Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware, and networks for seamless operation and optimal performance.
Troubleshooting Hero: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Security Champion: Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard systems from potential threats.
Data Defender: Develop and implement reliable data backup and recovery procedures for business continuity.
Automation Expert (Bonus): Utilize scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) to automate routine tasks and streamline processes.

Required
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role.
A solid understanding of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management best practices.
Working knowledge of system security concepts (intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery strategies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with users and interdisciplinary teams.
Resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and a knack for finding innovative solutions are essential.
Preferred
A Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A professional certification (e.g., MCSA) is a plus.
