Responsibilities

8 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
At least 10 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
Understanding of Angular based Client-side Server-side scripts
Implementation experience on various ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD WSD CSM etc
Hands-on experience in JavaScript
Experienced in ServiceNow implementation
Detailed understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Good Collaboration skills and teamwork ethic
Attention to details and commitment to quality
Good work ethic ambitious and well-organized
Understand business requirements for ServiceNow
Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
Manage project team through completion of work and assigned tasks
Manage and communicate with business users regarding project progress status issues and risks
Manage project timeline and manage the project including escalations to complete the project on schedule and within budget
Plan project scope and establish measurable goals
Work closely with the ServiceNow engagement manager and all other team members to plan manage and deliver releases
Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings
Organize the project kick-off and process workshops
Facilitate activities through training testing go live and post go live support
ServiceNow Administration certification must have
ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist HRSD Various Tracks
