Responsibilities

Analyze program policies, procedures, and processes for business systems impact.

Review and ensure business and technical requirements are met in project deliverables.

Collaborate with program staff to document business processes and requirements.

Act as a liaison between state staff and vendors, translating requirements to technical solutions.

Serve as the Product Owner for an agile team, managing system changes with software vendors.

Develop and maintain user test scenarios, perform system testing, and track testing status.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Report project status, manage deliverable schedules, and document action items and decisions.
