Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of online community programs ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.
Regularly update and refine existing programs based on community feedback, industry trends, and business objectives.
Review courses consistently to keep them fresh and current. Provide recommendations and oversee implementation.
Improve client retention by tracking progress, reviewing client experience, hosting calls, and creating referral programs.
Celebrate client successes, provide seamless onboarding experiences, manage client renewals, and attend live coaching calls.
Become an expert in strategies, foster a vibrant online community, engage with members, and provide high-touch support.
Participate in strategic planning, create initiatives for community growth, collaborate with departments, and enhance member engagement.
Project manage the Customer Service Team and Assistants, ensure updates to content, manage team projects, and provide mentorship.
Prepare reports for the leadership team, analyze feedback, report trends, and contribute to program initiatives.
Foster a positive team culture, manage performance, provide guidance, and celebrate successes.

Required
Minimum of 3 years experience in a client services role of a professional services organization with demonstrated results
Business-minded with the ability to assess programs, provide recommendations, and craft strategies to meet revenue targets
Elevated understanding of the customer journey and successful ascension of members into the next tier
High energy, positive disposition, and a 'get it done' mindset
Data-driven leader using quantitative and qualitative metrics for business decisions
Track record of high client satisfaction ratings, proven retention, and renewal/upsell success
'Natural connector' and strong relationship cultivator
Experience leading people successfully in a delivery role and enjoy management
Ability to confront member issues with kindness and support
Coachable with a deep passion for learning
Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
Familiarity with project management tools, membership platforms, and communication apps (Voxer, Slack, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedicated, loyal, and thrive in long, healthy partnerships
Flexible, adaptable, and perseverant until reaching desired outcomes
Drive for results and organization
Ability to integrate into a fast-paced work environment while focusing on long-term goals and immediate company needs
