Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and product features.
Maintain, develop, and evangelize a comprehensive design system in Figma with user-interface specifications for design patterns.
Collaborate closely in cross-functional teams on multiple projects to ensure design integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
Work directly with developers during implementation to ensure the quality and consistency of the final result.
Integrate business requirements and user feedback into product feature updates.

Required
5+ years of Design System Experience or equivalent length of experience across a design and development role
Front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working with data visualization-heavy applications with associated workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong Visual and Interaction Design skills
Expert in Figma componentry, variables, and library management
Strong portfolio showcasing projects related to Interaction Design and Design Systems
Preferred
An advocate for inclusive design and knowledge of accessibility best practices
Experience with user research and usability testing
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related experience
