Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of the Cloudbar and DrinkBot product lines, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving incremental revenue for restaurants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features on the engineering roadmap and manage the implementation process.
Utilize design and prototyping tools to communicate concepts and designs effectively, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Manage and professionally develop teams, overseeing multi-year projects and driving them towards successful completion.
Advocate for the faithful implementation of product vision and strategy, orchestrating feature definition processes and public unveilings.

Required
A minimum of 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles, directing product development initiatives for cloud-based platforms, human-machine interaction, and IoT products.
Proven ability to excel in collaborative environments, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills. Track record of successfully influencing and negotiating with partners across various groups to achieve common goals. Comfortable handling high-stakes decisions and navigating through ambiguity.
Experience effectively engaging with high-level executives, including delivering presentations, gaining support for initiatives, and advocating for points of view.
Demonstrated experience in managing and professionally developing teams, overseeing portfolios of multi-year projects, and driving them towards successful completion.
Ability to seamlessly transition between highly detailed technical situations and strategic business environments. Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and measure impacts, driving improved customer experiences.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in storytelling and Keynote presentation skills.
Proficiency in communicating concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes, utilizing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, among others.
Expertise in documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and ensuring quality assurance of implemented products.
Experience in effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to change.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, fostering cooperation and synergy.
Advance the faithful implementation of the product vision and strategy, managing the feature definition process, and orchestrating how it's unveiled to the public.
Successfully advocate for the prioritization of impactful features on the engineering roadmap, securing key resource commitments among cross-functional teams.
