Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for major hardware deployment projects, aligning goals and priorities for operational success.
Act as a subject matter expert in operational processes related to robotic beverage solutions, driving forward program objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
Deliver clear and concise communications, including regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate large, cross-functional working groups to ensure effective program launches.
Apply sharp analytical skills to solve key issues in operations and technology departments.
Communicate decisions and performance insights from leadership meetings to operational teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Champion cross-functional excellence, engaging support from various team members to drive collective success.

Required
3+ years of experience in business operations, product operations, program management, or a closely related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with superb business acumen.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
Exceptional presentation abilities.
Skills to anticipate project challenges, manage resources effectively, and achieve results in dynamic conditions.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a driven and independent work ethic.
