Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to identify and respond to system challenges
Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to user story writing
Coordinate acceptance testing of features and enhancements
Maintain a data dictionary of all data points within the platform
Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects within scope, time, and budget

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
3+ years of Salesforce business analyst experience with technical aptitude
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and SDLC phases
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Ability to think strategically and analytically about business issues
Preferred
Experience with Marketing Cloud
Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools
