Responsibilities

Conduct detailed testing of Healthcare Payor experience and CRM applications in Service/Operational space.

Utilize cloud technologies, including Salesforce, to perform thorough software QA.

Create and execute complex queries, establish database connections, and automate query processing.

Perform API testing and potentially IVR/Conversational API testing.

Implement BDD/Selenium and other automation tools for testing purposes.

Collaborate effectively with Agile teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, staying updated with industry trends.

Required

Detailed knowledge of Healthcare Payor experience and CRM application in Service/Operational space.

5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies

3+ years of experience with Salesforce.

4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing.

2+ years of experience in API testing and IVR/Conversational API testing would be a plus.

3+ years of experience with BDD/ Selenium and any automation tools.

Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.

Bachelor degree. Technical degree preferred

Preferred

Any Salesforce certification would be a plus.
