Responsibilities
Provide creative and design support for various digital projects including Digital Marketing, social media assets, and GIFs.
Design and manage artwork updates across the website, including product images.
Work on digital asset production from concept to completion, incorporating timelines, scope, and designs.
Advance the digital channel by monitoring industry trends and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies.
Retouch and resize visual assets, ensuring consistent application of brand standards.
Drive digital creative strategies and execution, ensuring brand standard consistency.
Manage creative production process, including agencies and vendors.
Collaborate with offline creative teams on integrated campaigns.
Coordinate with internal Brand Creative and Digital Marketing teams.
Edit videos and sound for various platforms, arrange short video clips into a cohesive story, and work with creator paid assets.

Required
5+ years of experience in digital design with eCommerce design experience (mobile + desktop)
Strong solid portfolio
Prior in-house design experience with prestige beauty background (on brand or agency)
Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices
Ability to prioritize and work quickly + efficiently against tight deadlines
Keen eye for clean design and executes tactical direction efficiently
Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign) and keynotes
Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills
Ability to work independently on assignments quickly with efficiency and organized
Strong experience with video and sound editing for multiple platforms across social + digital
Expert understanding of trending formats + schemes, with the ability to arrange short video clips into a cohesive story
Familiarity with creator paid assets and video content across TikTok and Meta
Need to have experience in beauty industry – strong understanding of the market and what’s happening in the beauty brands, and trends
Strong knowledge of CRM – produce email creatives, knows what is working and what’s not, how to make it as fresh as possible
PhotoShop and other digital design tools
Being able to and willing to work with current tools that are utilized within the team - taking whatever we can give them and have the ability to run with it, tweak it and tailor it to the brand
Preferred
Experience driving digital creative strategies and execution, ensuring consistent application of brand standards for all digital assets
Hands-on knowledge of digital production project plans and timelines, and ability to manage creative product process, including management of agencies and vendors
Collaborate and stay aligned with offline creative on integrated campaigns
Strong coordination with internal Brand Creative and Digital Marketing teams is a must!
