Responsibilities

Provide creative and design support for a wide range of digital projects, including digital marketing, social media assets, and GIFs.

Design and manage artwork updates across client.com, including product hero shots, category, and promo images.

Work on digital asset production from start to completion, incorporating concept, timelines, scope, designs, and finished products in appropriate formats.

Partner to advance the digital channel by monitoring industry trends and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques.

Perform light-color retouching and image resizing on visual assets once available from photographers.

Drive digital creative strategies and execution, ensuring consistent application of brand standards for all digital assets.

Manage digital production project plans and timelines, including managing agencies and vendors.

Collaborate and stay aligned with offline creative on integrated campaigns.

Coordinate closely with internal Brand Creative and Digital Marketing teams.

Required

Self-starter with 5+ years of experience in digital design, with eCommerce design experience a must (mobile + desktop).

Strong, solid portfolio.

Prior in-house design experience, preferably with a background in the prestige beauty industry (brand or agency).

Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices.

Ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines.

Keen eye for clean design and efficient execution of tactical direction.

Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Keynote.

Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills.

Ability to work independently on assignments quickly and efficiently.

Preferred

Strong experience with video and sound editing for multiple platforms across social and digital. Must be familiar with social specs and native app designs for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.

Expert understanding of trending formats and schemes, with the ability to arrange short video clips into a cohesive story.

Familiarity with creator-paid assets and video content across TikTok and Meta.
