Responsibilities
Execute daily PQM program management activities
Review incoming tasks and input data into PQM systems
Communicate program requirements
Manage daily correspondence and respond to program related questions
Data collection, processing and tracking
Prepare reports as requested
Attend meetings per request of the Client or PQM Program Manager
Participate in process improvement and cross-training efforts
Communicate issues to Management

Required
Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3-4 years project management and customer service experience
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proven ability to support and enhance client relationships
Extremely detail oriented
Motivated, goal-oriented self-starter
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience in the design, print or production art industry
Previous experience as a Project Manager in the packaging/print industry
