Responsibilities

Work in close contact with the entire design team.

Comply with company standards and procedures.

Ability to perform site evaluations.

Attend meetings with other clients and consultants.

Create plans, schematics, equipment selection, calculations, systems narrative.

Participate in Inter-Departmental Project Management Meetings to allocate firm resources.

Survey of existing building conditions.

Prepare Reports.

Complete all Phases of Design from Schematic through Construction Administration.

Preparation of Drawings.

Develop project specifications.

Knowledge of NYC Filing Requirements & Procedures.

Coordination between Architectural & Engineering disciplines.

Construction Administration including review of submittals, shop drawings, RFI's, & change orders.

Ability and willingness to mentor junior plumbing engineers and designers.
