Responsibilities
Lead and manage the enterprise-level software replacement project from initiation through completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and milestones.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure clear communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports.
Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices.

Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level software replacement projects.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
