Responsibilities
Craft comprehensive test procedures supporting informal test event, formal test events and customer-driven test activities
Assist in configuring the lab in accordance with relevant drawings and port maps.
Perform installations, rip-outs, testing, and validation of tactical systems.
Define, document, analyze, conduct, and interpret tests; conduct Verification and Validation for corrective changes
Identify, analyze, and document software, firmware, and hardware defects and collaborating with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Support the Logistics team in the development of installation and operation procedures.
Develop and analyze test cases while providing regular progress updates.
Proficiently use electrical measurement tools, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Some travel required (in support of test events in government labs, as well as shipboard installations in domestic and international locations).

Required
Requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years job-related experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. U.S. citizenship is required.
Navy experience as a Submarine Fire Control Technician (FT) or similar (ST, ET, or IT) or Surface Navy experience working in similar rates.
5-10 years of experience with AN/BYG-1, AN/BQQ-10, AN/BLQ-10, or Submarine Weapon Launchers, or comparable combat systems.
Preferred
Proficiency in software testing and analysis.
5-10 years of experience with AN/BYG-1, AN/BQQ-10, AN/BLQ-10 or Submarine Weapon Launchers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
General knowledge of network configurations, operations, and commands.
Navy or Submarine experience is a valuable asset.
