Responsibilities

Participate in all project efforts to update the EHR system with code corrections and upgrades.

Provide technical expertise and guidance in the implementation and operation of computer systems for financial, clinical, and administrative purposes.

Organize and schedule computer system tasks, monitor system performance, and make optimization recommendations.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, review and enforce security policies, conduct security audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Perform data backups, develop and test disaster recovery plans, provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams.

Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures, stay updated on new features and updates from Cerner.
