Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in managing litigation cases, including docketing deadlines and maintaining case files.
Act as the primary administrator for the Case Management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate and prepare legal documents such as responses to subpoenas and settlement agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a legal setting.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid background in general litigation practices.
Preferred
Familiarity with G Suite and legal management software (e.g., Legal Tracker).
Notary certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
